- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.
2. Non-Refundable Rate
- Guests who choose the non-refundable rate at the time of booking will not receive any refund, regardless of the cancellation time. This option is typically discounted to offer the best price.
3. Early Check-in or Late Check-out
- Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with the hotel in advance. Charges may apply.
4. Special Circumstances
- In case of personal emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
